We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong expertise in JMeter, OpenText LoadRunner, Dynatrace, and enterprise performance engineering. The ideal candidate should have experience in Telecom OSS/BSS applications and hands-on exposure to performance scripting, workload modeling, monitoring, bottleneck analysis, and end-to-end non-functional testing of large-scale enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter and OpenText LoadRunner.

- Perform Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability testing for enterprise applications.

- Develop workload models and performance test scenarios based on NFRs and business requirements.

- Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks related to CPU, memory, network, database, and application layers.

- Monitor applications using Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, or related monitoring tools.

- Work on protocols such as HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, REST APIs, etc.

- Perform correlation, parameterization, debugging, and script enhancement activities.

- Analyze server logs, application metrics, and monitoring reports to identify root causes of performance issues.

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infra, DBA, and Architecture teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.

- Execute API testing using Postman/SoapUI and validate backend integrations.

- Prepare performance test plans, test strategies, workload models, and performance assessment reports.

- Participate in requirement discussions, architecture reviews, and client meetings.

- Support CI/CD-based performance testing and automation initiatives.

- Conduct POCs on new performance testing and monitoring tools as per project requirements.

- Understanding of performance engineering methodologies and system architecture.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments.
