Performance Test Engineer - Load/Stress Testing

Job Title : Performance Testing Technical Consultant

Location : Onsite Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Contract Duration : 6 months to 1 year

Experience : 6+ years

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop test strategies, workload models, and performance test plans

- Create and enhance test scripts with correlations, parameterization, and custom coding

- Analyse performance results, monitor applications, and identify bottlenecks

- Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling

- Knowledge of monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Splunk, New Relic, etc.) and server log analysis

- Expertise in JVM/GC tuning, thread dump/heap dump analysis, and performance bottleneck resolution

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with defect management tools (JIRA)

- Exposure to publishing blogs or articles on performance
