Description :

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

- Analyze performance results and identify system bottlenecks

- Perform functional validation of batch jobs and scheduled processes

- Validate batch executions, dependencies, reruns, and failure handling

- Work with batch schedulers such as ESP jobs and Stonebranch

- Monitor job execution, SLAs, and performance metrics

- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and DevOps teams

- Prepare performance test reports and recommendations

- Support production performance issues and tuning activities

Required Skills :

- 5- 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing

- Strong hands-on experience with tools like JMeter / LoadRunner / Gatling

- Experience in functional testing with batch jobs

- Hands-on exposure to ESP jobs and/or Stonebranch

- Strong understanding of batch processing, scheduling, and dependencies

- Experience analyzing logs, metrics, and monitoring data

- Good SQL knowledge for data validation

- Strong communication and defect management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience testing large-scale enterprise or utility systems

- Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments

- Knowledge of CI/CD and performance testing integration

- Experience working in Agile environments
