We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer with proven experience in performance testing and a strong background in online banking applications.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies to ensure scalability, reliability, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute end-to-end performance testing for online banking applications.

- Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and business teams to define performance requirements.

- Design and implement test scripts (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc.

- Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

- Deliver performance reports and KPIs for stakeholders.

- Integrate performance testing within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing (senior/lead role).

- Expertise in BFSI/online banking domain.

- Proficiency with tools : JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.

- Knowledge of APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).

- Strong scripting skills (Java, Groovy, Python, Shell).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo).
