Performance Test Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner

Job Title : Performance Test Engineer.

Experience : 8 to 12 Years.

Location : Bangalore.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify, generate, and configure test data to support daily regression and performance cycles.

- Conduct performance testing across networks, web/application servers, queues, and databases.

- Monitor system performance on Linux environments, leveraging scripting (Perl/KSH/Bash) for automation.

- Utilize monitoring tools like Dynatrace/AppDynamics for analysis and reporting.

- Execute performance testing for Mobile, API, Batch, and DB applications, including resilience, failover, and recovery scenarios.

- Perform code profiling, system/application tuning, and root cause analysis.

- Develop supportive programs, simulators, and maintain test artifacts (SVN, Git).

- Generate reports against KPIs and present execution status to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Proficiency in Linux system monitoring & scripting (Perl, KSH, Bash).

- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace/AppDynamics for monitoring.

- Cloud infrastructure experience (Google Cloud or similar), with working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, REST APIs, JSON, SQL & NoSQL databases.

- Experience with network protocols/layers, messaging queues, DNS, web/app servers.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools Jenkins, Git, SVN.

- Ability to design, size, tune, and execute performance test strategies.
