The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, executing, and optimizing performance testing strategies across diverse systems and architectures.

This role requires hands-on expertise in performance engineering, stakeholder communication, and the ability to lead initiatives within Agile/DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end performance testing and performance engineering activities.

- Design and execute load, stress, endurance, stability, and resiliency tests.

- Develop performance test plans, strategies, workload models, and test cases.

- Set up and manage test environments, test data, and defect management.

- Perform scripting, design, and execution of non-functional tests using JMeter across multiple protocols (HTTP/HTML, REST, Web Services, Queues, async requests).

- Conduct API performance testing and provide optimization insights.

- Gather NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) from scratch for performance projects.

- Utilize APM tools like AppDynamics, DataDog for system monitoring and performance analysis.

- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure performance objectives are met.

- Mentor and guide junior team members (preferred).

Requirements :

- 10-15 years of relevant experience in performance testing and performance engineering.

- Mandatory & expert-level proficiency in JMeter and custom coding.

- Strong skills in Java/Python programming.

- Deep understanding of hardware/software architecture and system performance.

- Proven expertise in Agile/DevOps methodologies for performance engineering.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent stakeholder communication.
