Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for enterprise applications.

- Analyze business requirements and identify performance testing scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements.

- Validate application performance across Capital Market and Telecom Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Perform end-to-end testing of Order Management workflows to ensure optimal system performance under varying workloads.

- Monitor application performance metrics using Grafana and identify bottlenecks in the application, database, or infrastructure.

- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance-related issues.

- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for continuous performance validation.

- Prepare performance test plans, test scripts, workload models, and performance reports.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations for performance tuning and optimization.

- Track defects, test execution, and project activities using Jira.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to performance testing best practices and quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong experience in Performance Testing and Load Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Grafana for monitoring and performance analysis.

- Good understanding of Capital Market and Telecom Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

- Experience testing Order Management workflows.

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and performance test automation integration.

- Experience using Jira for defect tracking and test management.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with performance monitoring and root cause analysis.

- Knowledge of application, database, and infrastructure performance tuning.

- Exposure to cloud-based environments and microservices architecture.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
