Job Description :

- Experience : 7- 9 years of experience in software testing, with at least 4- 5 years focused on performance testing.

- Solid experience in both performance and manual testing.

Key Skills :

- Proficient in JavaScript or any programming language.

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.

- Exposure to monitoring tools such as AppDynamics.

- Ability to identify and analyze performance bottlenecks in QA environments.

- Strong understanding of test design techniques, QA processes, and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall).

- Working knowledge of databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, and Allograph.

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance test cases.

- Identify potential performance degradation scenarios early in the lifecycle.

- Analyze performance test results and provide detailed root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure performance benchmarks are met.

- Communicate findings effectively and present insights to stakeholders.
