Primary Responsibilities :

Key Technical Skills :

1. Must have at least 5 banking Performance Testing experience using JMeter - end to end.

2. Understanding of Software engineering and testing methodologies in the context of large-scale enterprise systems.

3. Experience in testing and optimizing high volume web and batch based transactional enterprise applications.

4. Experience in collecting and analyzing NFRs, creating performance test strategy, defining workload models.

5. Hands-on experience in creating and executing test scripts using open source and commercial PT tools.

6. Must be necessarily proficient in JMeter or Gatling. Should have executed at least 2 large scale engagements with Open Source Performance Testing tools.

7. Experience in setup and management of test environments on different platforms

8. Good knowledge of JAVA, .NET and SQL & NO SQL performance tuning/Performance Tuning/Optimization experience that include (garbage collection, heap management, JVM Configuration, V$ table, explain plan, query optimization etc.).

9. Strong programming experience in Java is preferable.

10. Experience in performing capacity planning and must have worked with Technical Leadership to anticipate performance issues before they occur.

11. Good understanding of technical architectures and networking concepts.

12. Working experience on Performance Testing on Cloud infrastructure.

13. Candidates must have prior experience in the BFSI/NBFC industries.

Other requirements :

1. Experience in interfacing with the customers.

2. Ability to analyze and articulately summarize performance testing reports for the different stakeholders.

3. Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing.

4. Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements.

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
