Performance & Testing Engineer - JMeter/LoadRunner/DynaTrace

Requirement :

We are looking for 10 Performance Engineers to join our team at Bank Of America.

Must have skills :

- LoadRunner (VuGen) scripting experience at medium to high level of expertise

- JMeter scripting and monitoring tools (Dynatrace)

Desirable skills :

- Strong monitoring experience (Dynatrace)

- Root cause analysis & Triage with Tech teams using Dynatrace dashboards and Log analysis (Splunk)

Responsibilities :

- Strong Loadrunner / Performance Center Script Creation, Execution and Monitoring experience

- Performance Test Strategy/Plan Creation

- Participate in performance test requirements reviews, design reviews

- Strong Defect Identification and Triage skills

- Compilation of Performance Test Results and identification of potential issues/bottlenecks

- Good communication skills

- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks

Work Policy :

- Mandatory to work from the office 3 days a week.
