Job Description

Primary Function :

- Coordinate internal resources and client or third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

- Be a single point of contact for clients, business development team, product team and tech team for project progress.

- Develop complete and well thought out execution plans that incorporate sound contingency planning and risk assessments.

- Track multiple project tasks to proactively anticipate problems, while always maintaining a solution orientation and a well-balanced perspective around risks and escalations.

- Communicate effectively, using tools and processes to ensure transparency and collaboration across global teams.

- Maintain an up-to-date project plan that can be referenced at any time.

- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

- Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels

- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Qualification & Competency :


- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector for banks/financial institutions

- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills

- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

- Excellent people and project management skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- 5-7 years of relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred


Reporting Relationship : This position will report to Director - Enterprise Implementation
