- Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions, including customer, partner, and employee portals.

- Design and configure Experience Cloud sites, templates, and components for seamless user experience.

- Customize and extend Experience Cloud functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and standard Salesforce tools.

- Develop and manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing models to ensure proper access control.

- Implement self-service portals, knowledge management, case management, and collaboration features.

- Integrate Experience Cloud with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Configure and optimize site performance, security, and SEO.

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve Experience Cloud implementations.

- Support testing (unit, system, and UAT) and deployment activities across multiple environments.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, and Approval Processes.

- Strong knowledge of Experience Builder, Lightning Templates, CMS, and Branding Sets.

- Experience in integrating Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing) and external systems.

- Familiarity with single sign-on (SSO), authentication mechanisms, and external identity providers.

- Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Attributes :

- Experience with B2B, B2C, or partner community implementations.

- Knowledge of Knowledge Base, Case Management, and Self-Service Portals.

- Ability to lead technical workshops and stakeholder meetings.

- Strong documentation and project management skills
