Role Overview :
You will be responsible for building and improving internal, mission-critical products used by operations, supply chain, warehouse, logistics, and customer experience teams. These products directly impact delivery timelines, fulfilment accuracy, operating costs, and scalability.
This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology.
Key Responsibilities :
Product Ownership :
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle for backbone operational systems (OMS, WMS, TMS, Vendor Portals, Ops Dashboards, CS tools, etc.)
- Translate complex operational workflows into clear product requirements, PRDs, and user stories
- Define product roadmap aligned with business priorities and operational KPIs
Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Last Mile, Customer Support, Finance, and Tech teams
- Act as the single point of accountability between business users and engineering
- Drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines
Execution & Delivery :
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and releases
- Ensure solutions are intuitive for frontline and ops users
Operational Excellence & Scale :
- Identify inefficiencies, manual processes, and bottlenecksand convert them into product-led solutions
- Use data to drive improvements in TAT, cost, fill rates, delivery SLAs, and customer NPS
- Design products that scale across cities, warehouses, stores, and partners
Data & Metrics :
- Define success metrics and track product impact post-launch
- Build dashboards and insights for operational decision-making
- Continuously iterate based on data and user feedback
What Were Looking For :
Must-Have :
- 3- 6 years of experience as a Product Manager (or similar role)
- Experience building internal / B2B / ops-facing products
- Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, logistics, or large-scale execution environments
- Ability to convert ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
Good to Have :
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, marketplaces, logistics, or consumer internet companies
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data for decision-making
