Role Overview :

Were seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to guide our growing development team. Youll be responsible for architecting robust solutions, mentoring engineers, and driving delivery across our full-stack platform. This role demands technical depth, hands-on expert-level full stack development, leadership finesse, and a startup mindset along AI first thinking and efficient utilization of AI tools for both productivity as well as out-of-box solutioning.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or projects

- Strong hands-on expertise in NestJS, Next.js, and Python

- Experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Docker, and AWS infrastructure

- A good exposure to AI tools ( Copilot, LLM/ SLM models etc )

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and CI/CD workflows

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Startup-ready: proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity

Bonus Points :

- Experience with serverless architecture or Kubernetes

- Familiarity with GraphQL or TypeScript

- Prior work in B2B platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS products
