About the Role :

Lead frontend architecture for onboarding, business profiles, catalogues, multilingual experiences, engagement and Super Admin. Establish the design-system and token pipeline that makes a large product-surface rewrite predictable instead of fragile.

What You'll Be Doing :

- Own frontend architecture and engineering standards

- Build the design-system/token pipeline with Design

- Define reusable component and state-management patterns

- Drive performance, accessibility, responsive behaviour and frontend observability

- Mentor frontend engineers and raise review/testing quality

- Partner closely with Product/UX on complex workflows

Who We're Looking For :

- Typically 6+ years, with evidence of architecture/technical leadership

- Deep React/Next.js product engineering experience

- Strong component architecture, state management and frontend performance fundamentals

- Experience building or scaling design systems

- High bar for product craftsmanship, accessibility and maintainability

Good to Have :

- TypeScript and Next.js

- Micro-frontends or large-scale frontend migrations

- Storybook/design tokens

- Frontend testing and visual regression
