We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft System Administrator to support and maintain Fluid UI customizations and ensure optimal performance of our PeopleSoft environments. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and reliable user experience, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term system health.

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the stability of PeopleSoft environments, resolving UI and backend issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support upgrades, patches, and custom developments. A strong grasp of Fluid UI and PeopleTools is essential, along with a hands-on approach to PSAdmin tasks and domain management.

You will work closely with database administrators, developers, and QA teams to ensure a well-tuned environment, contributing to continuous improvement and user satisfaction. Your role also includes maintaining accurate documentation for environment changes, configurations, and UI customizations, ensuring transparency and ease of future troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide support for Fluid UI customizations and resolve UI-related issues.

- Perform routine environment monitoring, troubleshooting, and system administration.

- Execute core PSAdmin functions to ensure environment stability and health.

- Assist in deployment and testing of patches, updates, and custom solutions.

- Collaborate with DBA and development teams for system optimization and performance tuning.

- Maintain thorough documentation of all environment and UI changes.

Required Skills :

- Proven hands-on experience with Fluid UI and PeopleSoft interface troubleshooting.

- Strong working knowledge of PeopleTools and PeopleSoft environment architecture.

- Proficiency in PSAdmin operations and domain management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues.
