PeopleSoft Payroll Support Consultant

Job Title : PeopleSoft Payroll Support Consultant

Description :

- Support payroll and benefits interfaces within PeopleSoft HR ERP.

- Collaborate with payroll teams across different to support payroll processing.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical payroll issues.

- Work on the user stories on the new requirements.

- Collaborate with technical and security teams to resolve issues.

- Resolve ServiceNow tickets.

- Support benefit interfaces (good to have).

Skills :

- Past experience in supporting PeopleSoft payroll interfaces.

- Experienced on supporting North American Payroll.

- Requirement gathering; writing complex payroll and benefits design documents.

- Working knowledge of PSQuery and SQLs.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of base benefits will be added advantage.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.

- 8-10 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM.

- Should have worked atleast on one payroll support project.

- Ability to work independently with the customer.
