- Analyze, design, develop, and support customizations and enhancements in PeopleSoft Financials.

- Build and maintain technical components including PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.

- Support core Financial modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Management (AM), and Purchasing (PO).

- Resolve production issues and provide day-to-day technical support to ensure smooth operations.

- Participate in PeopleSoft upgrades, patching, and related testing activities.

- Perform technical validation, unit testing, and coordinate with functional teams during implementation.

- Engage with business users and functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business processes.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and maintainable.

- Prepare technical documentation and knowledge-sharing artifacts.

- Develop and maintain queries, SQL scripts, and reports for technical and functional use.

- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis of database and application issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of overall experience in PeopleSoft Financials technical development and support.

- Strong hands-on expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.

- In-depth understanding of GL, AP, AR, AM, PO modules.

- Experience in production support and resolving technical issues efficiently.

- Exposure to PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and testing activities.

- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
