We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role requires a strong background in PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM) technical development, module configuration, and lifecycle implementation. The successful candidate will be a key driver in enhancing and maintaining our PeopleSoft systems, serving as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities and Job Duties :

Technical & Implementation Expertise :

- Possess good knowledge of PeopleSoft Technical components and demonstrate extensive experience in PeopleSoft Implementation and Enhancement projects.

- Be technically Competent in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM modules, specifically : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Asset Management (AM).

- Utilize good working knowledge of core PeopleTools, including Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Workflow Engine (AWE), ExcelToCI, and Integration Broker.

- Develop new applications, perform modifications, and troubleshoot issues using PeopleTools.

- Develop and Perform Unit Test scripts for all technical work to ensure quality and compliance with functional specifications.

Functional & Configuration Knowledge :

- Possess good knowledge of end-to-end configurations required for the PeopleSoft FSCM General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Payable (AP) modules.

- Understand the business processes supported by the FSCM modules and how technical solutions impact them.

Consulting & Stakeholder Management :

- Drive meetings/sessions with business teams to gather detailed requirements, understand process challenges, and secure consensus on solutions.

- Co-ordinate with Business Process Owners and Application Owners to capture accurate business process and functional inputs necessary for system changes and enhancements.

- Identify the pain points within current PeopleSoft processes and recommend best practices and technical solutions to effectively address the issues.

- Must exhibit excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholders management skills to lead discussions and manage expectations across various groups.

- Facilitate Coordination with Customer & Cognizant onsite/offshore resources to ensure seamless project delivery, technical clarity, and efficient handover.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Core PeopleSoft Modules : Strong expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management).

- PeopleTools : Advanced proficiency in PeopleTools (Application Engine, PeopleCode, AWE, ExcelToCI, Integration Broker).

- Project Experience : Proven track record in PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, and enhancement projects.

- Testing : Ability to create and execute comprehensive unit test plans.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.

- Strong consulting and analytical abilities to identify problems and propose solutions.

- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and driving business-facing meetings.
