Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft professional to design, develop, customize, and support PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PeopleSoft HCM/Financials/CRM modules, PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, and Integration tools.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, test, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and modules.

- Customize existing modules using PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, and Application Engine.

- Work on PeopleSoft HCM/Finance modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, GL, AP, AR, etc.).

- Develop reports using SQR, PS Query, BI Publisher.

- Perform system upgrades, patches, and support application migrations.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams.

- Ensure application performance tuning and adherence to coding standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Strong experience in PeopleTools (Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker).

- Expertise in SQR, PS Query, BI Publisher for reporting.

- Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft HCM/Financials modules.

- Solid knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Database.

- Experience in system upgrades, patches, and production support.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / related field.

- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI, PeopleSoft 9.2.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft on Cloud (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.

- Exposure to Agile/DevOps practices.
