- 5+ years in UI/UX for high-scale consumer apps (B2C internet bonus!).

- Proven portfolio of live products with 1M+ users.

- Strong mentoring chops you've leveled up teams before.

- Passion for human-centered design in matchmaking/lifestyle space.
