Pendo Frontend Developer - Javascript

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with deep expertise in Pendo to support product analytics, in-app guidance, and user experience improvements.

The role requires strong frontend development capability alongside experience with the Pendo platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and manage Pendo analytics, in-app guides, and workflow enhancements.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve user journeys.

- Develop frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Analyze user behavior and generate insights using Pendo dashboards.

- Optimize UI/UX based on analytics and feedback.

- Ensure smooth integration of Pendo with existing applications.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5.5 years of experience in frontend development.

- Hands-on experience with Pendo configuration, tagging, and guide creation.

- Strong experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.

- Good understanding of product analytics, user journeys, and UI/UX principles
