About the Role :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect (Pega CSSA) with deep expertise in Pega PRPC and hands-on experience architecting and implementing enterprise-grade workflow automation and decisioning solutions.

This role blends advanced technical design, Pega best practices, and next-generation Gen AI integration, enabling digital transformation at scale for our clients.

You will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance Pega solutions while driving the adoption of Pega Gen AI capabilities to enhance customer and operational experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Architecture & Solution Design :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Pega applications aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Define and enforce architectural standards, integration patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

- Lead the technical design sessions, translating business needs into well-architected Pega solutions.

Innovation & Gen AI Enablement :

- Explore, prototype, and implement Pega Gen AI features and AI-assisted process automation to enhance platform intelligence.

- Collaborate with data scientists and innovation teams to integrate AI-driven decisioning into Pega workflows.

- Stay abreast of emerging Pega AI/ML capabilities and drive adoption across solution architectures.

Delivery Leadership :

- Guide development teams through design, coding, configuration, and testing phases.

- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, best practices, and coding standards for optimal performance and maintainability.

- Perform technical reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Partner with business analysts, product owners, and clients to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

- Communicate complex architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Balance multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of enterprise-class solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Certification : Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) mandatory.

- Experience : 5- 7 years of hands-on Pega PRPC design and development experience, preferably in enterprise implementations.

- Strong expertise in object-oriented design (OOD), workflow automation, and integration patterns (SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.)

- Deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, rule resolution, case management, and data modeling.

- Exposure to AI/ML, Gen AI, or intelligent automation concepts and practical interest in adopting these technologies within Pega.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with demonstrated leadership in team environments.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, global delivery environments with flexible time zones
