- You are an experienced leader who has managed large teams, including senior professionals, and can deliver results with tact and professionalism.

- You have strong leadership experience in a GCC, understand the India context, and have worked with US functional leaders in a matrix reporting setup.

- You are an industry expert in CRM services, with approximately 17+ years of experience and at least 45 years leading related products.

- You are driven, demonstrate integrity, and are recognized as a top-tier leader.

- You are collaborative, results-oriented, and technically skilled, willing to be hands-on when needed.

- You have a proven track record of leading transformation programs and driving organizational changes.
