Job Timings : 8 AM - 5 PM / 12 PM - 9 PM

Location : Hyderabad (Would prefer local candidates)

Mode : - Hybrid (3 days WFO)

What role will you play? :

In this role, you will oversee the operational support, system stability, and continuous improvement of Pega solutions that drive People & Culture processes. Leveraging your Pega expertise and software engineering skills, you will tackle complex technical challenges while contributing to solution architecture and strategic delivery. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirement (Multiple roles) :

- Min 5 to 12 years of exceptional technical expertise in Pega systems, with hands-on proficiency and a focus on attaining or holding Pega CLSA certification

- CSS/CSSA certification is mandatory for Exeutive / Sr. Developer role.

- LSA certification is mandatory(Part 1 & Part 2) for Leadership role

- Proven leadership experience in guiding developers, managing technical delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts

- Strong understanding of technical solutions and design patterns, including experience with Pega SaaS, cloud technologies (AWS, EKS, containerization), and RDS databases like MS SQL and Oracle

- Practical experience with API-based integration, implementing security design principles and best practices, and handling operational support of the platform, including incident management and system stability

- Ability to thrive in an agile environment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting
