Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, debug, and implement automation solutions using Pega RPA platform.

- Create and maintain workflows, scripts, and business rules in Pega Robotics Studio.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Process Owners to understand and automate business processes.

- Integrate Pega RPA solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.

- Monitor and optimize bot performance for efficiency and scalability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.

- Prepare and maintain Knowledge Base (KB) articles for known/unknown issues.

- Provide L2/L3 production support, including incident handling, change requests, and root cause analysis.

- Participate in on-call support rotations and provide weekend assistance when required.

Must-Have Skills :

- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in developing and supporting automation using Pega RPA (Robotics Studio).

- Strong proficiency in workflow creation, scripting, and business logic implementation.

- Solid programming knowledge in C#, .NET, or Java.

- Proven expertise in production support: incident management, change management, debugging, and performance tuning.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills in live environments.

- Experience in integrating Pega RPA solutions with enterprise systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and provide on-call/weekend support.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or higher certification.

- Experience with migration projects (from lower to higher versions of Pega Robotics Studio).

- Exposure to other RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

- Familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, or Python.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
