Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Pega RPA Developer with strong expertise in Pega Robotic Automation / Robot Studio, C#, .NET, .NET Framework, and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, integrating, and supporting robotic automation solutions to automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Pega Robotic Automation / Robot Studio.

- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.

- Develop robotic automation solutions using C# and .NET.

- Build and maintain automation components using .NET Framework.

- Develop scripts and supporting solutions using Python where required.

- Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise applications and systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to robotic automation solutions.

- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand automation requirements.

- Ensure automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in RPA/software development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Robotic Automation / Robot Studio.

- Strong programming experience in C#.

- Experience with .NET and .NET Framework.

- Good experience with Python.

- Experience developing and supporting RPA/robotic automation solutions.

- Strong understanding of application integration and automation concepts.

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
