We are hiring an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to join our clients technology team. The ideal candidate will be a certified Pega professional with a proven background in Pega design, architecture, and implementation, along with strong experience in Java, JSP, and RDBMS technologies. The role involves leading end-to-end Pega solution architecture, driving design standards, and collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise applications.
Certification Requirements :
Candidates must hold the following Pega certifications :
- Pega LSA (Lead System Architect Part 2)
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
- Pega CSA (Certified System Architect)
Minimum Qualifications & Experience :
- 6- 8 years of hands-on experience working on Pega (v6 or above) platforms.
- Involved in at least five (5) full-cycle Pega implementations from the ground up for different customers.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience working with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL).
- Minimum 2 years of experience programming in Java, JSP, and JavaScript within Pega platforms.
- Minimum 4 years of experience collaborating with business units to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Define and implement Pega architecture, technical strategy, and standards to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Solution Design : Establish technical platforms, class structures, data models, configurations, and integration components.
- Prototyping : Create and present prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions to validate design approaches before full-scale implementation.
- Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed documentation of technical architectures, configurations, and solution frameworks.
- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure to deliver high-quality Pega solutions.
- Automation : Design and program automation workflows using Pega BPM software and related technologies.
- Project Management : Prepare and utilize detailed project plans for development, enhancement, and maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement : Contribute to defining new business requirements, identify optimization opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in Pega BPM, PRPC architecture, and rules-based development.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, JavaScript, and integration frameworks within Pega.
- In-depth understanding of RDBMS, data modeling, and SQL scripting.
- Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA) and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Familiarity with enterprise deployment environments and DevOps practices is an added advantage.
