Job Title : Pega Lead System Architect (LSA)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead end-to-end Pega solution architecture, technical design, development, and governance for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Pega solution architecture and technical design.

- Design scalable and reusable solutions aligned with Pega best practices.

- Lead Pega Case Management, BPM, workflows, business rules, decisioning, and integrations.

- Architect and implement solutions using Pega Infinity and Pega Constellation.

- Define integration patterns using REST/SOAP and enterprise integration frameworks.

- Drive technical governance, design reviews, code quality, and guardrail compliance.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and clients.

- Mentor Pega development teams and conduct technical/code reviews.

- Support estimation, solutioning, and pre-sales activities.

- Contribute to DevOps, CI/CD, cloud deployments, and event-driven architecture.

Mandatory Skills :

- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Pega LSA.

- 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.

- Strong expertise in Pega Infinity and Pega Constellation.

- Strong knowledge of Case Management, BPM, workflows, decisioning, and integrations.

- Experience with REST/SOAP, enterprise integrations, Kafka/event-driven architecture.

- Strong performance tuning and application optimization experience.

- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD for Pega.

- Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud deployments.

- Experience working in Agile methodologies.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Good to Have :

- Utility/Energy domain experience.

- Pega Customer Service Framework (CSF) / Customer Service experience.

- Experience with multiple BPM platforms.

- Strong decision-making and multitasking abilities.
