Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end Pega solution design, development best practices, and guiding project teams to deliver scalable and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture and design of Pega applications ensuring adherence to Pega best practices.

- Work closely with business stakeholders and solution teams to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions.

- Perform code reviews, solution design validation, and oversee complex application development.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams and mentor Pega developers.

- Ensure performance optimization, system stability, and reusability of Pega components.

- Participate in DCO sessions, sprint planning, and release planning.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead root cause analysis efforts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Mandatory Pega CLSA certification (Lead System Architect).

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega application design and development.

- Strong knowledge of Pega frameworks, case management, integrations, decisioning, and security.
