We are seeking an experienced and innovative Pega Lead Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation) and React.js to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end SDLC exposure, cloud development experience, and a collaborative mindset to work in Agile cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality solutions using Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation) aligned with architectural and business requirements.

- Build responsive and scalable React.js front-end interfaces, integrating seamlessly with backend services and Pega applications.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and QA teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Contribute to backend development activities (preferably in Java) and support integrations with third-party and cloud-based systems.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle : design, coding, unit testing, peer code reviews, debugging, and production support.

- Advocate and implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and optimized deployment.

- Design and deploy cloud components on AWS or Azure with a focus on scalability, automation, and security.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; contribute to TDD practices wherever applicable.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution in fast-paced delivery environments.

- Develop and maintain documentation of technical designs, workflows, and best practices for team knowledge sharing.

Experience Requirements :

- 810 years of overall software development experience.

- 57 years of hands-on experience with Pega Systems, including exposure to Pega Constellation.

- 4+ years of front-end development experience with React.js and modern UI development practices.

- Experience in Java backend development is a strong advantage.

- Prior exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) in application development or deployment.

- Telecom domain experience preferred but not mandatory.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :

- Excellent understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalable solution architecture.

- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and iterative development cycles.

- Familiarity with DevOps culture, CI/CD concepts, and automated deployment workflows.

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with effective stakeholder collaboration.

- Ability to thrive in a distributed team environment and handle competing priorities.
