Pega Engineer - PRPC/CSSA

Description :

As a Manager (IC) | Pega Engineer, youll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Pega applications that align with core business requirements.

Your focus will be on :

- Building scalable architecture & workflows

- Developing, optimizing, and maintaining Pega systems

- Integrating Pega with REST/SOAP APIs and SaaS platforms

- Mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams

- Ensuring performance and best practices across all solutions

Skill Set & Experience :

- 9+ years of technical expertise in Pega Systems

- Hands-on proficiency in Pega PRPC (v8.8+)

- Strong knowledge of workflows, rules, and UI design

- Experience with REST, SOAP, Java, SQL, SaaS integrations

- Familiarity with modern Pega applications & reporting

- Mandatory Certifications: CSSA / CLSA

- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting mindset
