Pega Developer - PRPC Integration

Role : PEGA Developer (CSA Certified) - C2H

We're hiring a junior Pega developer (2 - 4 years of experience) who enjoys building case workflows, clean rule design, and integrating applications within enterprise systems.

Responsibilities :

- Develop class structures, data models, properties, and rulesets/versioning.

- Build flows/flow actions, activities, data transforms, when/decision rules, and validations.

- Develop UI with sections, harnesses, views, layouts, and reusable components.

- Create and optimize Data Pages, Report Definitions, and declarative rules for efficient data

access.

- Support REST/SOAP integrations and handle authentication/error mapping.

- Debug and troubleshoot using Tracer, Clipboard, Live UI, and logs.

- Collaborate with team members in Agile sprints (stand-ups, reviews).

Qualifications :

- Proven hands-on Pega PRPC (v7/8) development experience.

- Pega CSA or CSSA certification (valid ID required).

- Good knowledge of case management, flows, data pages, reports, and UI rules.

- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP, connectors, services).

- Basic understanding of guardrails, performance tuning, and migration practices.

- Familiarity with SQL databases and troubleshooting query issues.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
