Pega Developer - PRPC

We have an exciting opportunity with one of our BFSI Client who are dynamic and agile People and Culture Technology team. We are comprised of engineers across various platforms with deep expertise, but also broad understanding of related disciplines in engineering.

What role will you play? :

In this role, you will oversee the operational support, system stability, and continuous improvement of Pega solutions that drive People & Culture processes. Leveraging your Pega expertise and software engineering skills, you will tackle complex technical challenges while contributing to solution architecture and strategic delivery. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence and effective stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

What you offer :

- 9+ years of exceptional technical expertise in Pega systems, with hands-on proficiency and a focus on attaining or holding Pega CLSA certification

- Proven leadership experience in guiding developers, managing technical delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts

- Strong understanding of technical solutions and design patterns, including experience with Pega SaaS, cloud technologies (AWS, EKS, containerization), and RDS databases like MS SQL and Oracle

- Practical experience with API-based integration, implementing security design principles and best practices, and handling operational support of the platform, including incident management and system stability

- Ability to thrive in an agile environment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting

Job Location : Hyderabad

Job Type : Hybrid | 3 days Work from Office

Experience : Lead/Manager 9 to 12 Years and Vice President 13+ Years

Shift Timing : Should be flexible to work for Australian shift timings (Early Morning shift) 8 AM to 5 PM

Skills :

Lead / Manager Roles :

- Pega development experience & support experience

- Pega development experience, proficiency in Pega PRPC (version 8.8+)

- Expertise in workflows/rules/UI design

- Pega integrations (e.g., REST, SOAP), Java/SQL familiarity, and Pega CSSA certification

- Experience with integration in SaaS platforms.

- Reporting experience. Rest/Soap APIs.

- Modern Pega applications experience.

- CSS/CSSA certification is mandatory

Vice President :

- Strong development background experience.

- Integration/Delivery & operations.

- Incident management experience.

- Experience in managing a small group of developers.

- Strong understanding of technical solutions and design patterns, including experience with Pega SaaS.

- Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, EKS, containerization)

- Experience in RDS databases like MS SQL and Oracle.

- LSA certification is mandatory (Part 1 & Part 2).
