Pega Developer - PRPC

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service Framework) along with a solid background in front-end technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions that align with business needs, while driving innovation and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega PRPC, Pega Constellation, and Pega Customer Service Framework.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Ensure application scalability, performance, and maintainability.

- Develop and integrate front-end components with Pega solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated with the latest Pega features and front-end frameworks to drive continuous

improvement.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 8 years of total IT experience with at least 4+ years in Pega development.

- Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service Framework.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies (JavaScript, React/Angular, HTML5, CSS3).

- Strong understanding of Pega design patterns, integration techniques, and data modeling.

- Pega Certification (CSA, CSSA, or higher) is highly preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
