Job description :

As a Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA), you will analyze, design and develop business solutions on Pega platform. You will participate in all phases of the development life cycle, working closely with Business Analysts and LSA. You will be responsible for designing and developing the technical solution and lead/guide small team in development activities and ensure the quality deliverable.

Detailed JD :

- Should be CSSA certified with 3+ years of demonstrated experience in design, development and implementation of PRPC-based solutions.

- Should have good experience to design and develop reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega.

- Solid fundamentals in Core Java Object-Oriented concepts

- Should have integration experience using SOAP/HTTP connectors and Web Services, MQ/JMS/File listeners

- Should be proficient in PL/SQL and tuning of Databases

- Strong experience in AGILE development methodology

- Experience in client-side technologies like HTML, Java Script, CSS

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Pega-based technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and implement PRPC-based applications across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Lead System Architects (LSA) to ensure solution alignment with business and technical objectives.

- Design and develop reusable enterprise rules, workflows, and components following Pega best practices.

- Lead and guide a small development team, providing technical direction, mentoring, and code reviews.

- Ensure high-quality deliverables through adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.

- Develop and maintain integration solutions using SOAP/HTTP connectors, Web Services, MQ/JMS, and File listeners.

- Apply strong Core Java and Object-Oriented principles in solution design and customization.

- Work with databases using PL/SQL, including query optimization and performance tuning.

- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).

- Support UI development using client-side technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS within Pega applications.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to performance, integrations, and application stability.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

- Support application testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide status updates, technical explanations, and solution walkthroughs.
