Pega Developer - CSSA Certified

Role : Pega CSSA

Experience : 3 years

Location : Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Pega applications using Pega Platform best practices

- Implement case management, workflows, UI, integrations, and decision rules

- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into Pega solutions

- Apply Guardrails and ensure compliance with Pega standards

- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers (CSA level)

- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues

- Support deployments and provide post-production support

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Pega Certified(CSA), (CSSA) Mandatory

- 3 years of experience in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform development

Strong knowledge of :

- Case Management

- Data modeling and integration (REST/SOAP, connectors, services)

- UI development (Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions)

- Decision rules, declarative rules, and reports

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Good understanding of performance tuning and debugging in Pega

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Experience with Pega Customer Service / BPM / Decisioning

- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Pega deployment pipelines

- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

- Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification
