Job Description :

Education :

- Degree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience :

- Experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer.

- Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable.

- Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques.

- Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector.

- System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule-Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of

Declarative Processing features.

Technical Skills :

- Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.

- Experience is mandatory.

- The candidates will act as a CLM/KYC SME for the bank from Pega Platform perspective.

- Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications and Business Functions.

- Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration.

- Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus.

Functional Skills :

- Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred.

- Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices.

- Experience in Agile methodology.

- Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.

- Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.

Soft Skills :

- Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.

- Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.

- Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management.
