Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Pega Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform (Infinity 23/24+) and Constellation UI.

- Strong expertise in Pega Constellation architecture, design patterns, and application development.

- Hands-on experience in Case Management, workflows, and business rule implementation.

- Experience building and consuming DX APIs for headless applications.

- Strong proficiency in data modeling, including Data Pages and Data Transforms.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP integrations.

- Ability to design and develop scalable, reusable, enterprise-grade Pega solutions.

- Experience with event-driven integrations and external system connectivity.

- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails, performance tuning, debugging, and best practices.

Certifications :

- Pega LSA Certification - Mandatory.

- Pega CSSA Certification - Preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade applications using Pega Platform.

- Develop scalable solutions using Pega Constellation UI and architecture.

- Configure and customize case management, workflows, business rules, and integrations.

- Design and implement DX API-based headless solutions.

- Develop data models using Data Pages and Data Transforms.

- Build and maintain REST/SOAP and event-driven integrations.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.

- Ensure solutions comply with Pega Guardrails and development best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
