Role Overview :

- We are looking for experienced PEGA CSSA professionals with strong hands-on development and debugging skills.

- The role involves designing and delivering scalable Pega solutions, handling integrations, supporting POCs, and leading small project teams while ensuring high-quality, value-driven outcomes for customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and debug Pega applications with high performance and scalability

- Work extensively on Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, file-based, etc.)

- Conduct solution demonstrations, POCs, and Proof of Technology workshops for clients

- Prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and organizational guidelines

- Lead small project teams and mentor junior developers

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance

- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives and continuous improvement

Mandatory Skills :

- Pega CSSA certification

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega technical development

- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

- Solid understanding of Pega integration concepts

- Experience working across end-to-end Pega application lifecycle

Good to Have :

- LSA (Lead System Architect) exposure or certification

- Experience in client-facing roles, demos, or pre-sales activities

- Experience leading small teams or modules independently
