Job Title : Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC)

Locations : Bangalore & Chennai

Job Description :



We are seeking a Pega Decisioning Consultant with hands-on experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to design and implement intelligent decisioning solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building real-time decisioning strategies, next-best-action (NBA) frameworks, and customer engagement journeys leveraging Pega CDH capabilities.



Key Responsibilities :



- Design, configure, and implement Pega CDH solutions to support customer engagement and personalization initiatives.



- Develop and manage Next-Best-Action (NBA) and Next-Best-Offer (NBO) strategies.



- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into decisioning logic and strategies.



- Configure decisioning components such as propositions, engagement policies, predictive models, and adaptive models.



- Integrate Pega CDH with external data sources and channels (web, mobile, CRM, etc.).



- Collaborate with architecture and development teams to ensure scalable and high-performance decisioning solutions.



- Support unit testing, system integration testing, and production deployments.



- Troubleshoot and optimize decisioning workflows and performance



Required Skills & Qualifications :



- Proven experience in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) development and configuration.



- Certifications required : CSA, CSSA, CPDC



- Certification should be done 2018 to 2022



- Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant(CDH)



- Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions, NBAD framework



- Strong understanding of Pega BPM tools, rule creation, and case management.



- Expertise in system integration techniques and managing complex software configurations.



- Solid problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.



- Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the full SDLC.



Preferred :



- Pega certification or equivalent credentials in BPM solutions.



- Experience integrating Pega applications with other enterprise systems and CRM platforms.
