Role Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement decisioning strategies using machine learning, predictive analytics, and business rules.

- Configure and optimize complex decision logic, rules, and decision tables.

- Build and manage adaptive and predictive models for continuous improvement.

- Oversee integration of internal and external data sources for decision-making.

- Collaborate with business, data science, and development teams to align solutions with objectives.

- Monitor, fine-tune, and ensure compliance of decisioning strategies.

- Maintain documentation of decision strategies, models, and configurations.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong expertise in Pega Decisioning or similar platforms.

- Proficient in machine learning, predictive modeling, and rule-based decisioning.

- Excellent SQL and data analysis skills.

- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

- Quick learner with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.

- Team-oriented, self-driven, and results-focused.
