Job Overview :
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the PEGA PRPC platform and experience with BPM processes and project life cycles.
You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing process flows, and implementing solutions within the PEGA Smart Dispute framework to deliver high-quality applications for our clients in the finance, insurance, and real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design process flows, screen flows, decision rules, data models, properties, and class structures in PEGA PRPC.
- Utilize Pega Smart Dispute for financial dispute management and transaction processing, ensuring
scalability and flexibility in handling complex business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and transform them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and define process flows, data pages, and screen flows based on business requirements.
- Implement business rules, workflows, and user interfaces within the PEGA system.
- Integrate PEGA applications with external systems using Connect SQL, SOAP, REST, and other integration technologies.
- Ensure seamless integration of data and workflows across the system, including external systems (e.g., payment gateways, fraud detection services).
- Define Data Pages for managing data storage and retrieval efficiently.
- Handle complete project life cycles from gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and implementation to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Participate in Agile Scrum methodology, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and conducting daily standups to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide unit testing and ensure the quality of the solution meets the specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as business analysts, product owners, and UX/UI designers to ensure the solutions meet both business and technical requirements.
- Provide expertise in BNFS Domain, Insurance, and/or Real Estate industries, bringing in domain-specific knowledge to enhance solution relevance and effectiveness.
- 5+ years of experience in PEGA PRPC development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with the PEGA Smart Dispute framework.
- Hands-on experience in business process management (BPM), implementing business process workflows, decision rules, and screen flows using PEGA.
- Proficiency in designing Data Models, Properties, Class Structures, and defining Process Flows in PEGA.
- Solid experience in using Pega Smart Dispute for managing financial transactions and dispute processing in banking and financial services.
- Experience in integrating PEGA with external systems using technologies like Connect SQL, SOAP, REST, and Data Pages.
- Expertise in executing projects using Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of BNFS Domain, Insurance, and Real Estate domains, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet industry-specific needs.
- Experience with PEGA 8.x and understanding of the new features and improvements in the latest versions
of PEGA.
- Experience working in a multi-environment setup and knowledge of PEGA deployment process and version control.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with PEGA Decisioning and PEGA Robotics for automating manual workflows and enhancing the dispute resolution process.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git).
- Strong understanding of data privacy and security standards, especially in financial transactions and dispute management
