Job Description :

- Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to understand the system and assure quality of the products and automated tests to be developed in PEGA technologies.

- Hands on experience in PEGA smart investigate framework testing.

- Develop manual test cases based on requirements and then convert them to automation.

- Develop automation standards and processes, documenting design decisions and ensuring adherence.

- As a Senior QA Engineer, you'll work with open-source tools to automate testing.

- Responsible for defining manual and automated testing strategy - standards and the design of resilient automated test components and test programs.

- Oversee execution of automated tests and troubleshot system failures.

- Work in an agile team of 5 - 7 software engineers, QA engineers and product owners.

- Work on evolution of requirements along with business and product managers.

- Automated testing for products developed by the cross functional teams.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Pega automation testing with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade test suites.

- Proven ability to navigate and test within the Smart Investigate Framework, ensuring high accuracy in complex financial or operational workflows.

- Strong proficiency in Pega Unit Testing tools and techniques to ensure modular code quality and system stability.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical testing challenges and solutions to both technical peers and non-technical stakeholders.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site work environment, demonstrating strong self-management and collaborative problem-solving skills.
