The PCC Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining solutions on the PowerCurve Collections (PCC) platform. This role ensures seamless integration with enterprise systems, compliance with regulatory standards, and delivery of robust, scalable workflows for collections and hardship management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design & Development : Translate business requirements into PCC workflows and configurations. Develop and maintain PCC scripts, rules, and strategies.

- Integration & Testing : Integrate PCC with APIs, robotics, and downstream systems. Conduct unit, system, and regression testing for all changes.

- Incident & Defect Management : Manage incidents via SNOW and resolve defects promptly. Support planned and unplanned outages with root cause analysis.

- Automation & CI/CD : Contribute to automation pipelines and maintain code quality. Support continuous deployment using Git, BitBucket, and JIRA.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, vendors (e.g., Experian), and IT stakeholders.

- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure PCC processes meet regulatory and audit requirements. Generate and validate daily batch and reconciliation reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Technical Skills : PCC platform expertise, SQL, XML/JSON, API integration. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.

- Tools : Git, BitBucket, JIRA, Confluence.

- Methodologies : Agile and Waterfall delivery experience.

- Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement. Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical discussions.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in collections or financial services domain.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in credit and collections.

- Exposure to automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
