About the Role :

We are looking for talented and passionate Lead Frontend Developers to join our team and help build a customer-facing hybrid App using modern web technologies. If you're excited about building engaging, high-performance interfaces and working with cutting-edge tools, wed love to talk to you!

Responsibilities :

- Develop responsive, modular, and scalable web applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), Tailwind CSS, and other modern tools.

- Integrate and collaborate with multiple service tools to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Customize and optimize third-party libraries and frameworks to fit product needs.

- Build and maintain clean, reusable CSS/SASS or CSS-in-JS codebases.

- Implement SEO-friendly practices and server-side rendering (SSR) where required.

- Develop unit tests using Jest and participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code.

- Use caching and performance optimization techniques to enhance app responsiveness.

- Contribute ideas, solve technical challenges, and continually improve the user experience.

- Leverage AI tools and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve development productivity.

- Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with a focus on delivering value quickly.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of experience working with JavaScript and modern JS frameworks.

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Redux.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience in working with backend teams.

- Familiarity with SSR, SEO best practices, and hybrid app development.

- Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and scalable CSS using SASS, Tailwind, or CSS-in-JS.

- Comfortable with third-party integrations and native module handling in React.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.

- Experience with unit testing frameworks like Jest.

- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies, and work with minimal supervision.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Passion for building delightful and user-centric web applications.

Nice to Have :

- Prior experience building or contributing to hybrid mobile applications.

- Exposure to AI tools and automation techniques in development workflows.

- Experience with caching strategies and scalability in frontend architecture.
