Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Payments System Tester (MX/MT QA) with strong expertise in international payments, ISO 20022 standards, and SWIFT messaging.

The candidate will be responsible for validating payment message formats, executing end-to-end functional tests, and ensuring system accuracy for SEPA and cross-border payment journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform end-to-end testing of Payments Systems covering SEPA, cross-border, and domestic payment flows.

- Conduct detailed testing and validation of MX (ISO 20022) and MT (SWIFT) messages.

- Validate SWIFT message structures, transformations, and compliance.

- Execute UAT, API testing, functional, integration, and regression testing.

- Analyze payment message formats (XML/JSON), schemas, and mapping logic.

- Work closely with development and business teams to ensure defect resolution and smooth delivery.

- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.

- Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain high communication standards with stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7 to 12 years of experience in payments domain QA/testing.

- Strong expertise in :

- SEPA / Cross-Border Payments

- MX / MT Testing

- ISO 20022 standards

- SWIFT message validation

- UAT & API Testing

- Good understanding of the end-to-end payment lifecycle, clearing, and settlement.

- Ability to analyze XML, JSON, schemas, and transformation rules.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred.
