We're hiring a Product Manager - Enterprise AI to lead this transformation. You'll define and deliver AI tools that power voice intelligence, agent copilots, decision support systems, and risk engines-supercharging our teams and setting a new benchmark in fintech productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define the product vision and roadmap for our internal GenAI suite : voice copilots, risk intelligence agents, ops automation tools, and regulatory AI assistants and much more.

- Lead cross-functional teams and functions to ship AI-powered workflows that reduce TAT, boost productivity, and increase accuracy.

- Leverage real-time data-call logs, loan journeys, customer chats, and repayment events-to build context-aware GenAI experiences.

- Own build vs. buy decisions using vendors like OpenAI, Whisper, AssemblyAI, LangChain, etc.

- Work hands-on with LLMs, embeddings, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and prompt tuning.

- Design with explainability, fallback logic, and hallucination control as defaults.

- Define and monitor success metrics (e.g. adoption, efficiency gains, time saved); iterate quickly based on feedback.

- Ensure full alignment with regulatory body, and internal compliance when deploying GenAI systems in critical workflows.

- Maintain cyber security standards part of product development ie products should be built with security in mind and not as afterthought.

- Build GTM strategies

Requirements

- 4+ years of product management experience, with 1+ year in GenAI/ML/NLP-focused roles

- Fintech background-preferably in lending, collections, KYC, or regulatory operations

- Strong grasp of GenAI architecture-prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embedding models

- Technical education background (CS, Engineering, Data Science, or Applied Math)

- Worked directly with data scientists, backend engineers, and legal/compliance teams

- Analytical mindset-comfortable defining product KPIs and tracking outcomes

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
