Role Overview :

The QA/Testing Lead will oversee the end-to-end quality assurance lifecycle for high-stakes enterprise projects, ensuring that software deployments meet rigorous performance and functional standards. You will act as the primary bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, managing the transition from SIT to UAT. Your work directly influences the stability of critical business applications, ensuring that every release provides a seamless experience for end-users while maintaining the integrity of the underlying Salesforce and custom-built ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce-based implementations to ensure alignment with complex business requirements.

- Lead the planning and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) to identify and resolve cross-platform dependencies before production deployment.

- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with key stakeholders to validate that delivered solutions meet operational expectations and business goals.

- Develop and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks to reduce manual regression efforts and improve the speed of the release cycle.

- Mentor junior QA team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in testing methodologies and defect management processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical specifications into actionable test cases that minimize production risks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing automation testing frameworks within complex, multi-layered enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to manage the full testing lifecycle, specifically within Salesforce ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration across diverse modules.

- Strong proficiency in coordinating SIT and UAT phases, with a focus on clear communication and stakeholder expectation management.

- Exceptional analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights to development teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment across Dubai, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, maintaining professional standards while navigating project timelines.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business users.

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
