The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly motivated, technically fluent, and AI-driven Product Manager to help extend the end-to-end delivery of Pathlocks Connectivity platform which is the backbone that integrates Pathlock with the enterprise application ecosystem.

In this role, you will define and deliver connector frameworks that enables seamless interoperability with leading ERP, HCM, and SaaS platforms. You will work at the intersection of identity governance, enterprise connectivity, and applied AI-building intelligent, scalable integrations that help customers govern access across their most critical business systems.

Think of this role as growing the power grid of Pathlock: the infrastructure that connects identity governance to every application in the enterprise. Without strong connectivity, even the best IGA platform cannot deliver its promise. You will help ensure that power grid is fast, reliable, extensible, and intelligent.

Responsibilities :

- Own the full product delivery lifecycle: discovery, requirements definition, build, experiment, iterate, release, and go-to-market launch.

- Act as product owner in agile development cycles writing user stories, refining backlogs, and working side-by-side with Engineering and QA to ship high-quality connectors on schedule.

- Evaluate and drive adoption of AI tooling within the PM craft itself: use AI for faster discovery, synthesis of customer feedback, and accelerated requirements generation.

- Embed AI natively into the Connectivity product; not as a bolt-on, but as a core design principle.

- Conduct discovery with enterprise customers; particularly in SAP, Oracle, and Workday environments to surface integration pain points, compliance gaps, and governance challenges that inform the roadmap.

- Translate complex enterprise use cases into clear, actionable product requirements and functional specifications.

- Define and track KPIs to measure connector adoption, reliability, performance, and customer impact. Use data to continuously iterate.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, with meaningful exposure to IGA, IAM, GRC or equivalent developer/engineering experience

- Demonstrated experience owning an integration, connectivity, or connector product from discovery through delivery and launch.

- Demonstrated AI-first product mindset: experience shipping AI-powered features, working with ML/LLM teams, or integrating AI capabilities into an enterprise product.

- Deep familiarity with ERP and HCM ecosystems: SAP (ECC/S4HANA/GRC), Oracle (EBS/Cloud/OIM), Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Microsoft (AD/Azure AD/Entra) as governance targets.

- Hands-on understanding of identity standards and protocols: SCIM, LDAP, REST/SOAP APIs, and connector frameworks.

- Proven track record of end-to-end product delivery in an agile environment from zero-to-one discovery through iterative release and go-to-market.

- Comfort with cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, and modern API architecture patterns.
